No. They open your link, pick a time and enter their name and email. That's it.
What can you see in my calendar?
Only when you are busy. Never event titles, descriptions, guests or locations, and busy times are not stored.
Does every flatmate need a Google account?
Yes, to connect their Google Calendar so their busy times are respected. Visitors can use any email.
Who sends the emails?
One of you connects a Gmail account from the dashboard. Confirmations, calendar invites and Meet links come from that account.
Can visitors change the time?
Yes, once, from the link in their confirmation email. After that, only you can move or cancel the visit.
